Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted in any unit or common space of the Top of the World building.  Upon receiving approval from the TOW Board, OWNERS who appropriately register their pets are eligible to have them in the building.  RENTERS & GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE PETS IN THE BUILDING.  Any unit occupants who violate this policy are subject to eviction, fine and/or such other penalties as the Board of Directors deems appropriate.
